Refund Policy
At Xinyue Lighting, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our light fixtures. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging. We strongly recommend keeping all packaging materials until you are certain of your purchase, as lighting fixtures are fragile.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.).
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
3. Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the item arrived damaged or defective, Xinyue Lighting will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@xinyuelight.com with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
